First horse owned. Out of 1964 Dun/Buckskin mare Shannon. He is greatly missed. He may be known as Trojan Chief a 1974 blue Roan out of Hy 400(144869) and unknown mare per AHC. If so he is 295-802. Bob's Letter said Trojan Chief had not been registered at that time.

Other foals Little Joe 1981-82, 1983 Dawn Olena, 1984 Shan Olena, 1986 Q Ton Olena, 1989-1991 Blazer and 1992 Art De Echo. Shasta died on 12-1-10 at 32 years old..

Tam Olena
1984 Filly out of Kay Bar Ton, by Switch Olena. She was sold to Rebecca Hodge Midvale ID. She lived wonderfully on an 800 acre ranch as a trail horse and moving cattle. She had three foals, Rocko a bay gelding, Juney a lineback Dun and Lena a buckskin mare born around 1996 by a Rocket Bar Dun stallion.
Morning Star
Morning Star was the first horse I trained. Appaloosa stud colt out of a mare named Shannon by Secret Pyramid, born 4-19-1982. He had blue eyes. Bob Shows him being out of Shannon and a sister Twilight being out of Shannon by Trojen Cheif (1979) in 1979. I always thought he was out of a mare named Princess.
Art De Echo
Arti, born between 1989 and 1992 was the last foal of Mis Ton Shasta by Half Chic Echo a Doc Olena son. His final days were spent in Montana.

Kay Bar Ton's 1985 Filly Bobbie Olena, by Switch Olena. Bobbie Olena was sold in 1990 to David and Judy Kell, Portland. Bobbie Olena went on to have Olena's Paydirt King, Commandolena Cowgirl and Peppy Olenas PDQ whom foaled Doc Peppys Golden Honey, whom foaled 2014 Sir Dusten Blackhawk by Driftin Blackhawk.
